The Magnolia Bulldogs softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Klein Collins Tigers to 1 in the Bulldogs league win on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tomball for a 6A Region II District 15 battle on Tuesday, April 8. Magnolia will encounter a Cougars team coming off a 10-6 league win over Tomball Memorial (Tomball, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 21-3.

With the loss, Klein Collins moves to 2-20 on the season. The Tigers travel to Klein Cain (Houston, TX) to encounter the Hurricanes in a 6A Region II District 15 battle on Tuesday, April 8. The Hurricanes come into the battle with a record of 8-15. Klein Cain won 9-4 in their recent league battle against Klein Forest (Houston, TX)
