The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Wood-Ridge Blue Devils (Wood-Ridge, NJ) and the visiting Lodi Rams (Lodi, NJ), observed Wood-Ridge's softball team notch a victory over Lodi by a final score of 13-3.

The Blue Devils (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Midland Park (Midland Park, NJ). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Midland Park was routed by Hawthorne (Hawthorne, NJ), 11-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Rams battle the Wallington Panthers (Wallington, NJ) in a NJIC - Meadowlands bout, on Monday, April 7. Lodi will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ).
