The Mount Olive Marauders softball team scored 11 runs and held the host West Morris Mendham Minutemen to 1 in the Marauders non-league win on Friday.

The Marauders now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roxbury for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. Mount Olive will confront a Gaels team coming off a 10-6 league win over Sparta (Sparta, NJ). The Gaels record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, West Morris Mendham moves to 0-2 on the season. The Minutemen host Morristown (Morristown, NJ) to battle the Colonials in a NJAC - National bout on Monday, April 7. The Colonials go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Morristown lost 4-1 in their recent league bout against Morris Hills (Rockaway, NJ)
