The Sterling Golden Warriors baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Alleman Pioneers to 3 in the Golden Warriors league victory on Tuesday.

The Golden Warriors (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Moline (Moline, IL). The Maroons go into the Western Big Six match with a 8-6 record. In their last match, Moline gained a win over Normal Community (Normal, IL), 5-0, in a non-league match.

The Pioneers (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Geneseo (Geneseo, IL). The Maple Leafs go into the Western Big Six match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Geneseo was overwhelmed by Hall (Spring Valley, IL), 10-6, in a non-league match.
