The Clinton Christian Academy Warriors crushed the host Hillcrest Christian Cougars baseball team by a count of 17-8 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Porter's Chapel Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 7. Clinton Christian Academy will face a Eagles team coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to Tri-County Academy (Flora, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.
Next, the Cougars face the Clinton Christian Academy Warriors (Clinton, MS) in a MAIS AAAA District 3 bout, on Friday, April 8. Hillcrest Christian will attempt to move on its 2-14 season record.
