California High School Volleyball - Nevada Union over Lincoln

April 5, 2022: Grass Valley, CA 95945

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) and the visiting Lincoln Fighting Zebras (Lincoln, CA), saw Nevada Union's volleyball squad beat Lincoln by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Nevada Union upgrades its record to 18-4 on the year. The Miners travel to Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA) to play the Bruins in a Foothill Valley bout on Thursday, April 7. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 18-3. Ponderosa won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Clovis North (Fresno, CA)

The Fighting Zebras now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host Rio Linda for a Foothill Valley bout on Thursday, April 7. Lincoln will play a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Placer (Auburn, CA). The Knights record now stands at 10-4.
