The Searcy Lions smashed the host Marion Patriots soccer squad by a margin of 7-0 in Tuesday's league match.
The Lions now have a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Harding Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 7. Searcy will face a Wildcats team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, AR). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-1.
The Patriots now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jonesboro for a 5A East contest on Friday, April 8. Marion will face a Hurricane team coming off a 9-0 league win over Paragould (Paragould, AR). The Hurricane record now stands at 6-1.
