North Middlesex Regional Patriots (Townsend, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Groton-Dunstable Crusaders (Groton, MA), 13-7 in a non-league test.

The Patriots now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nashoba Regional for a Midland-Wachusett B test on Thursday, April 7. North Middlesex Regional will face a Chieftains squad coming off a 16-4 league win over Leominster (Leominster, MA). The Chieftains record now stands at 1-0.

In their next game, the Crusaders face the Westborough Rangers (Westborough, MA) in a Midland-Wachusett A test, on Thursday, April 7. Groton-Dunstable will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Rangers come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 16-9 non-league win over Shepherd Hill Regional (Dudley, MA).
