Hermiston Bulldogs (Hermiston, WA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Walla Walla Blue Devils (Walla Walla, WA), 3-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Richland Bombers (Richland, WA) in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia challenge, on Friday, April 8. Hermiston will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Bombers enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 2-1 league win over Kamiakin (Kennewick, WA).

The Blue Devils now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Chiawana for a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia challenge on Friday, April 8. Walla Walla will confront a Riverhawks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pasco (Pasco, WA). The Riverhawks record now stands at 5-2.
