The Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting McDonogh Eagles to 0 in the Cavaliers league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Archbishop Spalding improves its record to 6-0 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE) to clash with the Ravens in a non-league game on Saturday, April 9. The Ravens come into the game with a record of 0-2.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Harford Tech Cobras (Bel Air, MD) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 16. McDonogh will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
