North Carolina High School Softball - Clover Garden School bounces River Mill

The Clover Garden School Grizzlies routed the host River Mill Jaguars softball squad by a count of 15-1 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Grizzlies (9-1) will now prepare for their battle against Southern Wake Academy (Holly Springs, NC). The Lions go into the Central Tar Heel 1A bout with a 0-7 record. In their last bout, Southern Wake Academy was routed by Cary Academy (Cary, NC), 20-5, in a non-league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bethany for a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 6. River Mill will confront a Wolves squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC). The Wolves record now stands at 3-9.
