Piedra Vista Panthers (Farmington, NM) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Eldorado Golden Eagles (Albuquerque, NM), 15-2 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 11-6 record. They take the field next when they host Eldorado for a 5A District 2 challenge on Tuesday, April 5. Piedra Vista will battle a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, Eldorado falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Golden eagles travel to Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM) to battle the Panthers in a 5A District 2 challenge on Tuesday, April 5.
