The Hoover Vikings softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Green Bulldogs to 1 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Hoover moves its record to 1-2 on the year. The Vikings travel to Jackson (Massillon, OH) to clash with the Polar Bears in a Federal game on Wednesday, April 6. The Polar Bears come into the game with a record of 1-0.
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Lake Blue Streaks (Uniontown, OH) in a Federal game, on Thursday, April 7. Green will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Blue Streaks come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 15-2 league win over McKinley (Canton, OH).
