Texas High School Softball - Sabine Pass bounces High Island

The Sabine Pass Sharks (Sabine Pass, TX) softball routed the visiting High Island Cardinals (High Island, TX), 13-3 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Sharks (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Evadale (Evadale, TX). The Rebels come into the 2A Region III District 24 contest with a 3-4 record.

In their next game, the Cardinals play the Big Sandy Wildcats (Dallardsville, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 8. High Island will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 3-4 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Deweyville (Deweyville, TX).
