The Port Washington Pirates softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Nicolet Knights to 0 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Port Washington improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Pirates travel to Grafton (Grafton, WI) to clash with the Black Hawks in a non-league game on Thursday, April 7. The Black Hawks come into the game with a record of 0-1.
In their next game, the Knights clash with the Slinger Owls (Slinger, WI) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 7. Nicolet will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
