Stockdale Brahmas (Stockdale, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Randolph Ro-Hawks (Universal City, TX), 7-0 in a league challenge.

The Brahmas now own a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they host Nixon-Smiley for a 3A Region IV District 26 challenge on Friday, April 8. Stockdale will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 13-12 league win over Marion (Marion, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-12.

With the loss, Randolph falls to 5-14 on the campaign. The Ro-hawks host Luling (Luling, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 3A Region IV District 26 challenge on Friday, April 8. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 6-12. Luling won 13-7 in their recent league challenge against Cole (San Antonio, TX)
