Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Abington Heights edged by Valley View

April 5, 2023: Archbald, PA 18403

The Valley View Cougars got by the visiting Abington Heights Comets baseball team by a count of 4-3 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Wyoming Area for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 8. Valley View will face a Warriors team coming off a 9-8 league loss to MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-3.

Next, the Comets face the Scranton Prep Cavaliers (Scranton, PA) in a Lackawanna 1 bout, on Monday, April 10. Abington Heights will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Cavaliers enter the bout with a 0-3 record after their 11-4 league loss to North Pocono (Covington Township, PA).
