The Clover Blue Eagles crushed the host York Cougars baseball team by a tally of 13-3 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Blue Eagles now hold a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they host Rock Hill for a 5A Region 3 bout on Monday, April 10. Clover will face a Bearcats team coming off a 17-7 non-league win over South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC). The Bearcats record now stands at 5-4.
Next, the Cougars face the Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC) in a 4A Region 3 bout, on Monday, April 10. York will attempt to advance on its 0-9 season record. The Bruins enter the bout with a 10-8 record after their 11-6 non-league win over Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC).
