Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Conneaut Area holds off Franklin

Spectators at Wednesday's league battle between the Conneaut Area Eagles (Linesville, PA) and the visiting Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA), saw Conneaut Area's baseball squad knock off Franklin by a count of 8-4.

Coming up next, the Eagles play the Sharon Tigers (Sharon, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 battle, on Wednesday, April 12. Conneaut Area will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 13-12 non-league win over Greenville (Greenville, PA).

The Knights now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fort LeBoeuf for a non-league battle on Monday, April 10. Franklin will play a Bison squad coming off a 14-2 league loss to Corry (Corry, PA). The Bison record now stands at 0-1.
