The North Surry Greyhounds crushed the host Wilkes Central Eagles baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Greyhounds now possess a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Wilkes for a Foothills 2A bout on Tuesday, April 11. North Surry will face a Blackhawks team coming off a 11-3 league win over Surry Central (Dobson, NC). The Blackhawks record now stands at 11-4.

Next, the Eagles face the North Wilkes Vikings (Hays, NC) in a Foothills 2A bout, on Wednesday, April 12. Wilkes Central will attempt to move on its 2-13 season record.
