The Old Lyme Wildcats crushed the host Westbrook Knights baseball team by a count of 19-5 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Old Saybrook for a Shoreline - Small bout on Saturday, April 8. Old Lyme will face a Rams team coming off a 8-4 league loss to Portland (Portland, CT). The Rams record now stands at 1-1.
Next, the Knights face the Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT) in a Shoreline - Small bout, on Friday, April 7. Westbrook will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Noises enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 10-2 non-league loss to Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT).
