Colorado High School Volleyball - Discovery Canyon over Fountain-Fort Carson

April 5, 2023: Fountain, CO 80817

The Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO) volleyball overcame the host Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans (Fountain, CO), 3-0 in Wednesday's league outing.

With the win, Discovery Canyon upgrades its record to 7-0 on the year. The Thunder travel to Coronado (Colorado Springs, CO) to face the Cougars in a Pikes Peak 1 outing on Friday, April 7. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 9-0. Coronado won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Pueblo South (Pueblo, CO)

The Trojans now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they host James Irwin for a Pikes Peak 1 outing on Friday, April 7. Fountain-Fort Carson will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-5.
