The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Sturgeon Bulldogs (Sturgeon, MO) and the visiting Festus Tigers (Festus, MO), saw Sturgeon's soccer squad beat Festus by a margin of 4-0.
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Fatima for a non-league test on Thursday, April 6. Sturgeon will meet a Comets squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Dixon (Dixon, MO). The Comets record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Festus drops to 5-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to Sullivan (Sullivan, MO) to meet the Eagles in a Class 2 District 1 test on Wednesday, April 5. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 13-2.
