California High School Softball - Bethel bounces Richmond

The Bethel Jaguars routed the visiting Richmond Oilers softball squad by a count of 16-6 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Jaguars (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA). The Bruins go into the non-league battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, St. Patrick-St. Vincent was routed by Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.

The Oilers now sport a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Bethel for a Tri-County - Stone battle on Friday, April 7. Richmond will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-5.
