The Cobre Indians (Bayard, NM) softball routed the host Hatch Valley Bears (Hatch, NM), 19-0 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Indians (12-6) will now prepare for their bout against Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM). The Bears go into the 3A District 3 bout with a 2-12 record. In their last bout, Hatch Valley toppled Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM), 13-3, in a non-league bout.
