The Morris Catholic Crusaders routed the host DePaul Catholic Spartans softball squad by a count of 16-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Crusaders (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against St. Thomas Aquinas (Edison, NJ). The Trojans go into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, St. Thomas Aquinas topped J.P. Stevens (Edison, NJ), 11-0, in a non-league battle.
The Spartans now sport a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Kennedy for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 6.
