The Salisbury Hornets routed the visiting Thomasville Bulldogs softball squad by a final score of 15-0 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Hornets (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC). The Knights go into the non-league battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, Gray Stone Day notched a victory over Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC), 11-4, in a non-league battle.
The Bulldogs now possess a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Trinity for a non-league battle on Monday, April 17. Thomasville will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 19-0 league loss to Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-10.
