The Midland Rebels baseball team (Midland, LA), was overwhelmed 16-2 in Friday's league outing with the host Bell City Bruins (Bell City, LA)
The Bruins now hold a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lacassine for a B District 6 outing on Saturday, April 6. Bell City will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 10-0 league win over Episcopal of Acadiana (Cade, LA). The Cardinals record now stands at 16-8.
Next, the Rebels confront the Crowley Gent (Crowley, LA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, April 9. Midland will attempt to advance on its 7-7 season record.
