The Bobcats now hold a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newport for a 3A Region 2 outing on Tuesday, April 9. Walnut Ridge will confront a Greyhounds team coming off a 5-2 league loss to Melbourne (Melbourne, AR). The Greyhounds record now stands at 10-7.

Next, the Cavemen confront the Tuckerman Bulldogs (Tuckerman, AR) in a 3A Region 2 outing, on Tuesday, April 9. Cave City will attempt to advance on its 11-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 4-12 record after their 8-0 league loss to Salem (Salem, AR).
