With the win, Northwest Cabarrus upgrades its record to 7-10 on the season. The Trojans travel to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC) to battle the Mustangs in a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 15-1. East Rowan won 12-0 in their recent league challenge against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC)

With the defeat, Concord falls to 3-11 on the season. The Spiders host South Rowan (China Grove, NC) to battle the Raiders in a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 8-7.
