Florida High School Baseball - Trinity Catholic sneaks past The Villages Charter

Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Trinity Catholic Celtics (Ocala, FL) and the visiting The Villages Charter Buffalo (The Villages, FL), saw Trinity Catholic's baseball squad edge The Villages Charter by a count of 7-6.

Coming up next, the Celtics play the The First Academy Royals (Orlando, FL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 9. Trinity Catholic will attempt to move on its 8-7 season record. The Royals enter the battle with a 12-6 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Montverde Academy (Montverde, FL).

The Buffalo now possess a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Buchholz for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 9. The Villages Charter will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 11-10 non-league loss to Columbia (Lake City, FL). The Bobcats record now stands at 10-6.
