With the win, Los Angeles upgrades its record to 8-11 on the year. The Romans host Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA) to play the Dons in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 6. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 15-4. Sierra Vista won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Workman (City of Industry, CA)

The Democrats now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they host Manual Arts for a Exposition bout on Wednesday, April 10. Jefferson will play a Toilers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over West Adams (Los Angeles, CA). The Toilers record now stands at 5-5.
