The Los Alamos Hilltoppers baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes to 1 in the Hilltoppers non-league victory on Friday.
The Hilltoppers (7-0) will now prepare for their match against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Pintos go into the non-league match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Moriarty gained a win over Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM), 11-4, in a non-league match.
The Elks/Elkettes (0-8) will now prepare for their match against Taos (Taos, NM). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Taos gained a win over Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM), 16-8, in a non-league match.
