Texas High School Softball - Alpha Omega Academy bounces Lutheran North

The Alpha Omega Academy Lions routed the host Lutheran North Lions softball squad by a final score of 20-1 in Friday's league battle.
The Lions (10-8) will now prepare for their battle against St. Joseph Catholic (Bryan, TX). The Eagles go into the TAPPS Division IV District 6 battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, St. Joseph Catholic was routed by Leon (Jewett, TX), 14-8, in a non-league battle.
The Lions now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Brazos Christian for a TAPPS Division IV District 6 battle on Tuesday, April 9. Lutheran North will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 16-6 league loss to Alpha Omega Academy (Huntsville, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 0-5.
