Anderson County Bulldogs (Garnett, KS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Osawatomie Trojans (Osawatomie, KS), 11-1 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Iola for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 9. Anderson County will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 17-7 non-league loss to Humboldt (Humboldt, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-7.

With the loss, Osawatomie falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Trojans host Santa Fe Trail (Carbondale, KS) to face the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Chargers enter the challenge with a record of 6-2. Santa Fe Trail lost 11-10 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Marys (St. Marys, KS)
