Bismarck Indians (Bismarck, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Potosi Trojans (Potosi, MO), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bourbon for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 9.

With the loss, Potosi falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Trojans host Ste. Genevieve (Ste. Genevieve, MO) to battle the Dragons in a Class 2 District 2 challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Dragons enter the challenge with a record of 8-5. Ste. Genevieve lost 13-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Diamond (Diamond, MO)
