With the triumph, Burges moves its record to 14-10 on the year. The Mustangs host Canutillo (Canutillo, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a 5A Region I District 1 game on Saturday, April 6. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 12-13. Canutillo won 10-4 in their recent league game against El Paso (El Paso, TX)

In their next game, the Silver Foxes clash with the Chapin Huskies (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 1 game, on Saturday, April 6. Jefferson will attempt to move on its 1-25 season record. The Huskies come into the game with a 21-9 record after their 11-2 league win over Andress (El Paso, TX).
