The Frankston Indians softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Cayuga Wildcats to 2 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Frankston improves its record to 15-11 on the year. The Indians travel to Martins Mill (Ben Wheeler, TX) to clash with the Mustangs in a 2A Region III District 20 game on Tuesday, April 9. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 0-6. Martins Mill lost 23-0 in their recent league game against Cross Roads (Malakoff, TX)

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the LaPoynor Flyers (LaRue, TX) in a 2A Region III District 20 game, on Monday, April 8. Cayuga will attempt to improve on its 3-19 season record. The Flyers come into the game with a 3-11 record after their 13-3 league loss to Kerens (Kerens, TX).
