The Hagerty Huskies (Oviedo, FL) softball nipped the host University Titans (Orange City, FL), 1-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Huskies (15-4) will now prepare for their bout against Eau Gallie (Melbourne, FL). The Commodores enter the non-league challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Eau Gallie was nipped by Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) (Miami, FL), 11-3, in a non-league challenge.

With the loss, University falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Titans host Flagler Palm Coast (Palm Coast, FL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 8-6. Flagler Palm Coast lost 5-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Spruce Creek (Port Orange, FL)
