Alabama High School Softball - Northside bounces Hale County

April 5, 2024: Northport, AL 35475

Northside Rams (Northport, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Hale County Wildcats (Moundville, AL), 14-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Rams now own a 21-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lamar County for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 6. Northside will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 7-4 non-league win over Lawrence County (Moulton, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-12.

With the loss, Hale County falls to 12-16 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to South Lamar (Millport, AL) to battle the Stallions in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 5. The Stallions enter the challenge with a record of 5-8. South Lamar won 4-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Fayette County (Fayette, AL)
