The St. Joseph Flyers routed the visiting St. Anthony Yellowjackets softball squad by a final score of 10-0 in Friday's league battle.
The Flyers (23-4) will now prepare for their battle against Providence Catholic (San Antonio, TX). The Provets go into the TAPPS Division II District 3 battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, Providence Catholic was routed by Hyde Park (Austin, TX), 18-3, in a league battle.
The Yellowjackets now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they host San Antonio Christian for a TAPPS Division II District 3 battle on Tuesday, April 9. St. Anthony will confront a Lions squad coming off a 15-2 league loss to Hyde Park (Austin, TX). The Lions record now stands at 3-5.
