In Saturday's non-league game, the host Northridge Jaguars baseball team scored a close 6-5 win over the Bibb County Choctaws.
The Jaguars (18-7) will now prepare for their game against Central (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Falcons go into the 6A Area 6 game with a 13-11 record.
Next, the Choctaws play the Elmore County Panthers (Eclectic, AL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 8. Bibb County will attempt to improve on its 19-7 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 19-9 record after their 9-3 non-league win over Marbury (Marbury, AL).
