The Portland Highlanders (Portland, CT) baseball trounced the host Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT), 15-3 in Saturday's league challenge.

The Highlanders now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Old Saybrook for a Shoreline - Small outing on Monday, April 7. Portland will battle a Rams squad coming off a 12-3 non-league loss to East Lyme (East Lyme, CT). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
