The Sutter Huskies (Sutter, CA) baseball trounced the host Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), 10-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Huskies now own a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vanden for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 9. Sutter will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 15-4 league loss to Vacaville (Vacaville, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-4.
With the defeat, Nevada Union drops to 0-1 on the year. The Miners travel to Roseville (Roseville, CA) to clash with the Tigers in a challenge on Thursday, April 10. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 4-8. Roseville won 10-8 in their recent league challenge against Del Campo (Fair Oaks, CA)
