The Delavan-Darien Comets softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Williams Bay Bulldogs to 8 in the Comets non-league win on Saturday.

The Comets now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Big Foot for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. Delavan-Darien will confront a Chiefs team coming off a 11-10 non-league loss to Whitewater (Whitewater, WI). The Chiefs record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Williams Bay moves to 0-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Johnson Creek (Johnson Creek, WI) to confront the Bluejays in a Trailways - South battle on Tuesday, April 8. The Bluejays come into the battle with a record of 3-1.
