The D'Hanis Cowboys softball team scored 15 runs and held the host Knippa Crushers to 0 in the Cowboys league win on Saturday.

The Cowboys now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Leakey for a 1A Region IV District 30 battle on Tuesday, April 8. D'Hanis will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to Junction (Junction, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 14-12.

With the loss, Knippa moves to 1-17 on the season. The Crushers travel to Leakey (Leakey, TX) to encounter the Eagles in a 1A Region IV District 30 battle on Friday, April 11. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 14-12.
