Oxford Wildcats (Oxford, MI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Grosse Pointe North Norsemen (Grosse Pointe, MI), 14-5 in a league battle.

The Wildcats now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lake Orion for a Division 1 Region 4 battle on Thursday, April 7.

In their next game, the Norsemen clash with the North Farmington Raiders (Farmington Hills, MI) in a battle, on Friday, April 8. Grosse Pointe North will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Raiders come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 12-9 league loss to Athens (Troy, MI).
