The St. James Sharks lacrosse squad (Murrells Inlet, SC), was overwhelmed 13-6 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Socastee Braves (Myrtle Beach, SC)

Coming up next, the Braves confront the Wando Warriors (Mt. Pleasant, SC) in a 5A Lower District 5 contest, on Thursday, April 7. Socastee will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 10-1 record after their 17-0 league win over Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC).

The Sharks now sport a 3-7 record.
