The Gryphons now sport a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cherryville for a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A test on Thursday, April 7. Thomas Jefferson will encounter a Ironmen squad coming off a 7-0 league loss to Burns (Lawndale, NC). The Ironmen record now stands at 0-10.
With the loss, East Gaston drops to 7-1 on the season. The Warriors host Burns (Lawndale, NC) to encounter the Bulldogs in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A test on Tuesday, April 12. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 9-2.
