North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Northwood holds off Cedar Ridge

The Northwood Chargers tipped the host Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves lacrosse team by a score of 9-8 in Wednesday's league outing.

With the win, Northwood upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Chargers host Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC) to battle the Eagles in a Central/Mid-Carolina outing on Thursday, April 7. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 2-7. Eastern Alamance lost 15-4 in their recent league outing against Western Alamance (Elon, NC)

With the defeat, Cedar Ridge drops to 7-3 on the season. The Fighting red wolves travel to Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC) to battle the Hawks in a Central/Mid-Carolina outing on Thursday, April 7. The Hawks go into the outing with a record of 3-8. Seaforth won 11-9 in their recent non-league outing against Vance Charter (Henderson, NC)
